Our approach
At Axys, our CSR approach is designed to meet the systemic challenges of our time, making the firm a key player in the regenerative economy.
Our commitment to a responsible world is supported both internally by the CSR Committee and the Impact Committee, and externally by supporting the sustainable transformation of our clients.
Our ambition is based on four commitments anchored in the sustainable development objectives:

Axys enters a new era with CEC Consulting
We have gradually become aware of the urgent need to act in the face of systemic issues, both societal and climate change, and the social and societal challenges facing our future, against a backdrop of one fundamental question: ‘As a service company, how can we strengthen our role? How can we amplify our action and contribute to the ecological transition?
In 2022, Axys joined CEC Consulting alongside 40 consulting companies determined to rethink their business model in response to the challenges of our time.
Our participation in CEC Consulting was an eye-opener for us! For 10 months, the programme gave us the opportunity, not to know, but to understand. It also asked us about the ability of a service company such as ours to reconnect with the living world.
This journey has given rise to our roadmap for taking Axys towards the regenerative economy, which is based on four ‘redirection’ levers
levers of ‘redirection’:
- Assessing and minimising the impact of our assignments through the Eco Delivery initiative
- Involving all our employees through a new approach to consultants, strengthening their overall commitment
- Raise awareness and support our customers and employees through the Positive Contribution initiative.
- Implementing new performance mechanisms geared towards respect for living beings, both human and non-human, with the New Performance Model.

To implement our roadmap, we have set up an Impact Committee, which each year defines the action plan, objectives and monitoring indicators that will enable us to achieve the target set by 2030, while mobilising the necessary stakeholders (both internal and external). It ensures that the actions undertaken have the expected impact and communicates at least annually on the achievements and progress made.
